With over 30 years of combined experience in senior leadership roles, Mark and Paul have seen a lot in business. Both have had accelerated careers - taking on senior positions relatively early in their respective journeys.

Spanning strategy, operations, commercial, marketing, business development, finance, HR, legal, property matters and international business, their general management experience is broad. Sharing a passion for how business should be done and common values, they have now come together to use the skills and knowledge they have gained to help others.

 

Specifically, Mark and Paul have formed Element45 to help current and future leaders be more effective in their roles, tackle strategic challenges and drive organisational performance.
